You have 10 Days to return your order for a full refund

Our policy is that our customers have 10 days in which to return any pool borders for a full refund, up to 20 days and there will be a 20% restocking fee, no returns after 20 days.

We feel this allows sufficient time to inspect our product and be assured of its quality. 

We are confident that our products and service will be the best! 

If your product is defective after receiving it, we will replace it as soon as possible and happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location not including any purchases outside the USA.

Items returned in less than new condition will not be accepted. Please do not fold or crease the borders when returning them, this will damage them and will not be accepted back. Ship the borders back in there original package and box to keep them new. If Promotional Free Shipping was included on your order, we will deduct that amount from any order returned. 

Returns must have the original order number on the box before they will be accepted back into our warehouse.
