Your tracking number will be sent in an email once your order has been packed.
If you see the "NO INFO FOUND" message, it means that FedEx hasn't received the data yet.
Once FedEx receives the data, the tracking number will start working, give it 24 hours.
We use FedEx and USPS to ship all of our products, FedEx arrives at our warehouse 5 days a week and picks up at 3:00 pm, all orders must be in no later than 12:00 Noon EST to be shipped out the same day you order. When orders ship, you will receive a tracking number by your registered email if available, if you didn't get your tracking number you can send us an email to get one.
Shipping address must be within the United States or Canada, we don't ship to other countries.
We ship the same day you order if orders are placed before 12:00 Noon EST
When we say we ship the same day, that does not mean overnight or next day shipping.
We use FedEx Ground for all shipping from our warehouse and USPS to Canada.
Some orders can take up to 8 days with FedEx SmartPost and is out of our control wants shipped.
